EDS designed the “Gatekeeper” Diversity Training entitled, “Enhancing Our Community through Inclusion” in partnership with the Professional Development Center. The training introduced participants to the meaning and value of diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. Following the initial training, EDS implemented a Train-the-Trainers program through which fourteen (14) staff members became certified internal diversity trainers and facilitators of ongoing Diversity Workshops.
