Elmer’s vision, energy, and creativity have contributed to his success in leading diverse teams, facilitating and implementing strategic plans for organizations, and providing outstanding training and consultation in the areas of multi-cultural communication, team building, and conflict management.

Executive Diversity Services, Inc. (EDS) is an organizational development company serving the global marketplace offering a variety of services, including management consulting, leadership development, coaching, training and team facilitation. All services are directed toward expanding cultural competence within organizations in order to “Tap the Talents of Your Total Team”— employees, vendors, and customers. Education & Experience
EDS President, Elmer Dixon, has over 40 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, senior manager, and educator. EDS has designed and implemented cultural diversity assessments, strategic planning processes and policy and program reviews for Fortune 500 companies and enterprises of all sizes. EDS has delivered highly acclaimed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training programs for domestic and international teams, provides executive level coaching and training, and has developed internal training teams through its train the trainer approach.
One of our guiding principles is to provide high quality, effective and practical training programs. EDS training programs have consistently been rated an average of 4.5 on a 5-point scale for overall effectiveness. To that end we are committed to creating inclusive workplaces in order for our clients to better leverage differences for a competitive advantage.
EDS employs a dynamic team of Associates who have recognized management and consulting experience with an average tenure of over 25 years with EDS. Our Associates are diverse in gender, ethnicity, nationality, language abilities, age, and sexual orientation. Associates’ education and training experience includes study in the fields of education, psychology, cultural anthropology, management, public administration, social services, ethnic studies, intercultural communication and law. Their professional backgrounds and experience include training and organizational development, human resource management and cross cultural communication. EDS Associates routinely upgrade their knowledge and skills by conducting research, publishing articles, attending a wide range of classes, reading current literature in relevant fields, and have attended and taught at the Summer Institute of Intercultural Communication in Portland, OR and the Society for International Education Training and Research.
